Common questions
How long does my listing stay live? ▼
All private seller listings stay live until your business is sold, regardless of which plan you choose. There are no renewal fees, no expiry dates, and no extra charges. You can mark your listing as sold at any time from your seller dashboard.
Does Bizzie take a commission when the business sells? ▼
No, never. Bizzie charges a flat listing fee only. We do not take any percentage of the final sale price. Whatever you negotiate with the buyer is entirely between the two of you.
Can I upgrade my listing after it is already published? ▼
Yes, you can purchase boost add-ons or upgrade your plan at any time from your seller dashboard. If upgrading plans, you will only pay the difference in price.
What is the difference between Featured and Premier? ▼
Featured listings are highlighted in search results with a badge and priority ranking, which typically generates around three times more views than a standard listing. Premier goes further by adding top spot placement, homepage exposure for 30 days, and a feature in our weekly buyer newsletter sent to over 12,000 active buyers.
Can brokers cancel their subscription at any time? ▼
Yes, all broker subscriptions are month to month with no lock-in contract. If you cancel, your listings remain visible to buyers until the end of your current billing period, after which they are deactivated automatically.
Is my contact information kept confidential? ▼
By default, your email address is hidden from your public listing and all buyer enquiries come through Bizzie's messaging system. Buyers only see your direct contact details if you choose to share them after an enquiry.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Broker plans can also be paid by direct debit or invoice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
